Mission.

I’m Cait. This place is not only mine. It belongs to the remarkable humans in my life, whose brilliant, hilarious, earth-shattering thoughts have enriched my life and will do the same for yours.

In no particular order, I’m a mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a public servant, a writer, and many other things. I took a nonlinear path to a career I have wanted since I was 13 years old, and I’m still discovering how I want to use my voice. I had my babies early and dove deep into my motherhood journey, and emerged with the scars of a warrior and the confidence of a queen. The chapters of my life have allowed me to meet the most incredible people. This is a hub for their wisdom, and a home for our collective creativity, exploration, and joy. It’s designed to be a source of inspiration with real examples of how these trailblazers – most of them women – have navigated the challenges in their lives. It’s the what and the how: a spark and a guide. And we’re so glad you’re here.
